Hospital Details

275-bed acute care hospital is part of the Adventist HealthCare System
Medical staff of over 1,000 Physicians
Construction is underway for a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite (estimated to open in 2026)
The hospital offers a Behavioral Health Unit with dedicated pediatric beds
The hospital has a robust NICU and inpatient pediatrics unit
Ample opportunity for career growth and involvement in medical staff office, medical education, and hospital committees

Emergency Department

ED Volume: 45,000

ED Beds: 36
Staffing Model:
- 40 hours of Physician coverage
- 35 hours of APP coverage
EMR: Cerner
CT Scanner and X-ray suite dedicated to ED patients
Stroke, STEMI, and Thrombectomy Center
24-hour radiology reads and ultrasound

Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $185/hour to $190/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
