As a Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—leading with purpose and creating a REMARKABLE experience for every guest!
- Coach, support & develop team members daily

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of leadership experience (restaurant or similar)

Strong leadership & team development skills

Passion for serving and developing others

Driven, proactive & solution-oriented mindset

Goal-focused with a results-driven attitude

Confident communicator (even in high-pressure situations)

Comfortable with basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.)

Knowledge of food safety standards (preferred)

Valid Driver’s License
