Role
The Ageless Center is seeking an ambitious Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness team in London, Kentucky.
This opportunity is available for both experienced aesthetic injectors and Nurse Practitioners looking to enter the aesthetics industry through our NP Injector Training Program.
We are looking for a relationship-focused provider who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate is confident building trust, educating patients on treatment options, and converting consultations into long-term treatment plans.
Success in this role requires both clinical excellence and strong consultation skills. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships, driving patient results, and contributing to the growth of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Perform aesthetic treatments and injectable procedures within scope of practice and training
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations, packages, memberships, and ongoing care plans
- Build strong patient relationships that drive retention, referrals, and repeat visits
- Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and compliance with all clinical standards
- Support practice growth through patient education, social media participation, community engagement, and exceptional patient experience
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, patient care, and continued learning
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, pricing, and long-term care plans
- Previous aesthetics experience preferred but not required for candidates applying to the NP Injector Training Program
Results (KPIs)
- Provider utilization goal of 80% or higher
- Package sales goal of 15% of total revenue
- Retail sales goal of 10% of total revenue
- Patient retention goal of 80% or higher
- Strong patient satisfaction and referral rates
- Contribution to overall clinic growth and revenue goals
