What You’ll Do
- Welcome families and support student to teacher ratio
- Help guide students and parents through a smooth and positive enrollment experience
- Keep student records organized and up to date
- Partner with instructors to ensure students receive the best possible support
- Assist with outreach and community events to share Sylvan’s impact
- Support day-to-day center operations and help create a warm, encouraging environment for students
What We’re Looking For
- Background in teaching, childcare, education, or working with students
- Friendly, approachable communication style—you enjoy connecting with families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Some experience in customer service, administration, or sales is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable using email and basic computer systems (Outlook or similar)
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and making a difference
