Korean Driver / Resident Transportation Assistant
Location: West Hills, CA
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and Korean-speaking Driver to join our Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in West Hills.
In this role, you will safely transport residents to and from doctor appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other scheduled destinations while providing excellent customer service and assistance. You will play an important role in ensuring our residents remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their outings.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other scheduled locations.
- Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Help load and unload walkers, wheelchairs, and personal belongings.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained company vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
- Report any vehicle maintenance or resident concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and able to communicate some English
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Friendly, patient, and dependable.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
- Ability to assist elderly residents with mobility needs.
- Must pass a background check.

- 교통법규 및 안전수칙 준수
- 직원, 가족 및 의료진과 원활한 의사소통
- 차량 이상 또는 어르신 관련 사항을 관리자에게 보고
지원 자격
- 한국어와 영어로 의사소통 가능하신 분
- 유효한 캘리포니아 운전면허 소지
- 깨끗한 운전 기록
- 책임감 있고 친절하며 성실한 분
- 노인 대상 업무 경험 우대 (필수 아님)
- 거동이 불편한 어르신을 도와드릴 수 있는 분
- 신원조회(Background Check) 가능하신 분
