Barback / Food & Drink Runner
Quincy Hall is hiring Barbacksto join our front-of-house team.
This position is similar to a server role, but without taking orders. Guests order through QR codes or directly at the bar. Your job is to support the guest experience by running food and drinks, clearing tables, stocking the bar, assisting guests, and helping bartenders and managers keep service moving.
Responsibilities include:
Running food and drinks to guests
Clearing, bussing, and resetting tables
Assisting guests with QR code ordering when needed
Assisting stocking beer, liquor, ice, glassware, and supplies
Changing kegs and supporting draft beer service
Keeping the bar, patio, and dining areas clean
Taking out trash and completing side work
Supporting busy sports days, trivia, karaoke, and private events
What we’re looking for:
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
Able to work nights and weekends
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
Able to lift and carry heavy items
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Restaurant, barback, busser, or food runner experience preferred, but we will train the right person
Compensation:
Hourly pay plus tip pool participation.
Quincy Hall is a high-volume beer hall and event space in Arlington, VA with sports watch parties, trivia, karaoke, private events, and busy weekend crowds.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
