Outside Sales Representative – Cabinets, Products & Account Development
Beyond Quality Kitchen & Bath / Beyond Quality Construction is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our product sales division through our West Seneca showroom.
This position will focus primarily on selling products such as cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, shower doors, windows, doors, siding, roofing materials, and other showroom-related products. While we are a full-service construction and remodeling company, this role is not intended to focus heavily on selling labor or managing construction estimates. The main goal is to build relationships, open new accounts, and drive product sales through our showroom.
We are looking for someone who can connect with contractors, builders, designers, real estate investors, property managers, homeowners, and other professionals who may purchase materials through us on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customer and contractor accounts through Beyond Quality
- Build relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, investors, property managers, and repeat buyers
- Promote showroom products including cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, shower doors, windows, doors, siding, roofing, and related materials
- Meet with potential customers in the showroom, at job sites, or at their place of business
- Follow up with leads, accounts, quotes, and past customers
- Help customers understand product options, pricing, availability, and ordering process
- Work with our showroom, design, and office team to prepare product quotes
- Maintain customer information, account notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Attend networking events, home shows, and community events as needed
- Help grow the product-only side of the business in addition to our full-service remodel division
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience in cabinets, countertops, kitchen and bath products, flooring, tile, windows, doors, siding, roofing, or building materials is a plus
- Existing relationships with contractors, builders, designers, investors, or property managers is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable making calls, visiting businesses, following up, and building long-term accounts
- Organized
Pay: $52,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
