About the Role:
The Program Evaluator (Qualitative) is responsible for designing and executing a full system of qualitative review for program, overseeing the data collection, and generating and facilitating the effective use of analytics necessary to understand the effectiveness of reported Medicaid activities and to meet Kentucky contract requirements. The Program Evaluator will make on-going recommendations for quality improvement and increased success/impact.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a systematic review process to evaluate the effectiveness of Medicaid waiver activities using a variety of qualitative feedback methods
- Oversee Research Associates on program evaluation techniques and data collection
- Oversee programmatic qualitative analysis
- Assist in data collection if needed
- Develop and draft preliminary, interim, and final evaluation reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Terminal degree in organizational psychology or related field. Significant experience with program evaluation in a variety of cultural settings. Current on data-gathering techniques and technologies and relevant analytics. Experience in collaborating with people from a diversity of cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. Excellent organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented. Proven ability to work effectively with state agencies and organizations.
