The Field Supervisor is essential in overseeing concrete repair projects, ensuring work is completed accurately, on schedule, and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This individual must be a confident, steady leader who can motivate teams to perform at a high level while upholding company standards. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and support both the production team and our customers. This role is responsible for leading, managing, and holding the team accountable while delivering consistent results and exceptional customer experiences.
The Field Supervisor leads field crews through safe, high-quality, and efficient project execution. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and technically sound. The supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, and maintain project standards. A key component of this position includes training and developing team members, leading meetings, teaching best practices, giving clear and constructive feedback, and equipping Production crews with the skills needed to troubleshoot and perform their work effectively. The role also involves direct communication with customers, providing updates, resolving issues professionally, and stepping in on-site when additional support is needed.
This is a developmental position with the opportunity to grow into a management level position within the Production Department.
