Position Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of guest rooms and assigned public areas while following Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and safety procedures. This position plays a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience.
Essential Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Restock towels, linens, guest amenities, and room supplies.
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met.
- Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, and safety hazards promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist with cleaning public areas as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and fellow team members.
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required-we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, kneel, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Safely use housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals throughout the shift.
