You will provide essential support as a Certified Pharmacy Technician by engaging patients to help meet their health needs as well as accurately preparing and dispensing medications.
The focus of this position is on filling prescriptions and talking with patients to understand and meet their medication needs. There are no vaccinations, calling insurance companies or patients trying to get controlled substances.
Job Profile:

What You Get to Do:
- Work directly with patients to help them access affordable medications.
- Travel to support other clinic locations 1–2 times per month.
- Monitor supply logs to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date.
- Process prescriptions and refills while managing the workflow queue.
- Answer and assist with incoming phone calls.
- Receive and stock daily orders, label items, and manage expirations/returns.
- Handle patient checkouts and perform daily cash drawer reconciliation.
- Manage key workflows including data entry and patient/refill communications.
- Enter prescription data and collaborate with the clinical team on patient needs.
- Turn patient frustrations into positive, reassuring experiences.
Compensation: Approximately $22.05 - $27.93. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
What We Need for this Job:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certified by the state of Colorado as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
The position hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends!
