Job Overview
The Winkler Group is a national capital campaign and strategic planning firm headquartered in Mt. Pleasant, SC. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to represent the firm with warmth and professionalism in any setting.
This role sits at the intersection of sales coordination, event execution, CRM management, and executive support. The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for ensuring that qualified opportunities move consistently through the sales pipeline—scheduling discovery conversations, maintaining pipeline accuracy, preparing materials, and executing follow-up so that opportunities transition effectively from early interest to signed engagement.

At conferences and workshops, this individual serves as an extension of the firm’s leadership team—engaging warmly with prospects, building rapport, and creating introductory relationships. Attention to detail and responsiveness are the foundation of this role: internally, nothing falls through the cracks; externally, every prospect interaction reflects the firm’s standard of care.
