Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Line Cook at one of our 3restaurants to join our team! Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. We're looking for a dedicated culinary professional who takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes and contributing to an exceptional dining experience. As a Line Cook, you'll play an essential role in the kitchen by preparing menu items with consistency, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and working collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver memorable meals for our guests. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and passion for hospitality will help uphold the outstanding dining reputation of our resort.

- Developing strong knowledge of all menu items for banquet and restaurant kitchens
- Completing opening and closing duties as assigned
- Providing outstanding guest service at all times
- Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
This position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by:
- Preparing and cooking food properly and in a timely manner
- Executing duties as a member of the line staff
- Working efficiently and cohesively with the culinary team
- Utilizing a variety of cooking methods while maintaining quality and consistency
