Job Summary
Tovi's Custom Concrete & Design is looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Construction & Concrete Laborer. We specialize in residential and commercial concrete, decorative concrete, home remodeling, and general construction projects. As part of our team, you'll assist with everything from concrete flatwork and foundations to renovations, helping deliver quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service on every job.

Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete preparation, pouring, finishing, and cleanup for residential and commercial projects.
- Set and strip concrete forms for sidewalks, driveways, patios, foundations, and other flatwork.
- Install and tie rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement materials.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling.
- Help with decorative concrete, stamped concrete, and concrete sealing projects.
- Support remodeling and construction projects, including framing, siding, drywall, flooring, trim work, and other carpentry tasks as needed.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Read and follow project plans, measurements, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures at all times.
- Represent Tovi's Custom Concrete & Design professionally while interacting with customers and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or concrete experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing is a plus.
- Experience with framing, carpentry, remodeling, or general construction is beneficial.
- Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
