URGENTLY HIRING right candidate, with prior veterinary CSR experience. BHAH is looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Veterinary Receptionist in a mixed practice hospital. MUST HAVE PRIOR VETERINARY OFFICE EXPERIENCE
Job Duties:
-Great and welcome clients
-Communicate with clients
-Schedule appointments
- Maintain medical records
-Answer the phones
- Invoicing / Billing- processing payments
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Front desk, call center, customer service experience in a large and small animal veterinary hospital.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, Cornerstone Veterinary Software, Zultys Phone System

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
