Stark Truss was founded in 1963 and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of wood components for the construction industry. With over 60 years of experience supplying large multi-family and commercial developments, single family track and custom homes, agricultural buildings. Our construction product line includes roof and floor trusses, wall panels, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), I-joists, glulam posts, pre-built stairs, Stark Lam beams and connector hardware.
Stark Truss is currently seeking a machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a background in running a mill, lathe and drill press. The Machinist will thrive under pressure, work efficiently, effectively service and maintain plant equipment and semi-trailers. The ideal candidate must be organized, be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and have the ability to work independently. This position does require standing for 8 hours.
Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a wage between $20 - $25 per hour based on experience. Compensation to be based on job skills and experience level.
In addition to hourly compensation, employees are eligible for an attendance bonus. The attendance bonus is $150 biweekly for perfect attendance.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6AM – 2PM
