Lead Commercial HVAC Technicians Requirements:
- 2-3+ years experience as a technician required
- Experience in diagnosing, replacing and repair required
- Management experience required
- EPA Certification required

Lead Commercial HVAC Technicians Responsibilities:
- Ensure performance of daily operations of HVAC systems
- Supervising 1-2 technicians
- Will not be responsible for any installation work
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to diagnose, schedule, service and prepare reports of maintained commercial HVAC equipment
