Position: Employee Benefits Analyst
Location: Northbrook, IL
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Anytime between 7am-6pm (8 hour day)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Benefits Administration, COBRA, and US Family and Medical Leave Act (FLMA) skills to support accurate, compliant management of employee benefit programs
- Strong analytical skills to interpret benefits data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Effective communication skills to respond to employee questions, collaborate with internal teams, and work with external vendors and partners
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state benefits regulations and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems, as well as MS Excel and other reporting tools
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
