We are Ascribe Infusion
Ascribe Infusion is a brand-new, founder-led infusion company launching in North Atlanta — and we’re building it from the ground up. We deliver biologic and specialty IV therapy — Remicade, Rituxan, Entyvio, Tysabri, IVIG, iron infusions and 20+ others — in 100% private suites: the same medications patients would receive at a hospital, closer to home and at a fraction of the cost (40–70% typical savings vs. hospital outpatient infusion). We’ve set out to build one of the region’s premier specialty infusion platforms, and we’re assembling the founding team that will make it happen.
We built our clinical roles around the reason you became a nurse: real time with patients, not paperwork.
The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Infusion Nurse to help us build our clinical experience from day one. As one of our very first clinical hires, you won’t be slotting into someone else’s system — you’ll help create it: how we start IVs, how we run a private suite, how a patient feels from the moment they walk in. The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously and has experience starting IVs and administering biologic medications.
Because we’re small and moving fast, your ideas won’t get lost — they’ll shape how the company runs. And you’ll do it with predictable hours when scheduled, a low patient-to-nurse ratio, and an unhurried, private-suite setting — never an open bay.
In this role, you will
- Assess and document each patient’s health status before, during, and after infusion
- Administer biologic and specialty IV infusions and injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and Ascribe guidelines
- Establish and manage IV access — peripheral starts, port access, and PICC line care
- Monitor patients throughout treatment and recognize and respond to infusion reactions, including managing hypersensitivity and anaphylaxis per protocol
- Educate patients and families on their therapy and what to expect
- Communicate openly with referring and prescribing providers — order clarification, patient status, and plan of care
- Help shape and maintain medication, supplies, and inventory readiness as we stand up the center
- Keep accurate, complete records in the EHR
What we’re looking for
- Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license (or multistate/compact license valid in GA)
- Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Experience starting IVs and working with biologic/specialty medications (infusion or specialty-clinic experience strongly preferred)
- Confidence recognizing and managing infusion reactions in an outpatient setting
- An entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — comfortable working independently in a small, launch-stage center
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- A patient-first, dependable, detail-oriented approach
Why this role
This is a true ground-floor opportunity. Per diem team members who help us launch are first in line for expanded and permanent roles as we add suites and open additional centers across Georgia and beyond. Note any minimum availability, e.g. “2 shifts/month” or “weekday availability required.”
