Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lube Technician to join our Arizona team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming inventory with accuracy and integrity. This role requires a strong focus on quality, communication, and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and receive incoming vehicles.
- Complete oil changes
- Complete tire rotations
- Inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify issues.
- Accurately communicate findings and recommended repairs to the Service Advisor.
- Follow all company policies regarding vehicle handling and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Attend required company training and stay current on technical skills.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding safety, hazardous waste, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience diagnosing and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles in a dealership setting is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions preferred
- Must be able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be available to work Saturdays, evenings, and occasional overtime.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Honest, ethical, and dependable.
