Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
HealthCare Support is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the team at a top-rated hospital in Kissimmee, FL. This facility is known for its comprehensive neurological, stroke, and trauma services. You’ll provide respiratory support in a high-acuity environment, working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team during critical and emergent situations. Compensation Notes:
- $30 - 40.65/hour + shift differential (if applicable)
Daily Responsibilities for Registered Respiratory Therapist:
- Perform and document respiratory assessments; conduct diagnostic procedures; administer respiratory therapies (oxygen, aerosols, chest physiotherapy); assist with artificial airway placement; and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patients for therapeutic response, intervene or notify providers as needed; support transport of ventilator-dependent patients; and respond to emergencies to ensure airway integrity and adequate ventilation.
