Verizon Team Lead

Maryland Communications Group is hiring a Verizon Team Lead to join our Scranton team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in local residential areas, introduce Frontier internet services, answer questions, and help new customers get connected.
This is a customer service position for someone who likes being active, meeting different people, and working toward goals they can actually see.
What You’ll Take Ownership Of
As a Verizon Team Lead, you’ll:
- Connect directly with prospective customers throughout assigned Scranton-area territories
- Introduce Verizon internet services, plans, and current offers
- Learn how customers currently use their internet and what matters most to them
- Explain service options in a way that is simple and easy to understand
- Help interested customers complete enrollment and account setup
- Build trust through professional, respectful customer conversations
- Keep track of sales activity and customer information accurately
- Work toward personal and team sales goals
- Attend ongoing training focused on Frontier services, customer conversations, territory strategy, and sales development
