Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Recruiting Manager in recruiting qualified candidates and placing them in temporary and permanent roles.
- Assist the Recruiting Manager throughout the full recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers.
- Support relationship-building efforts with candidates on behalf of the recruiting team.
- Assist in meeting recruitment goals by helping generate leads and supporting strong relationships internally and externally.
- Utilize our SalesForce-driven CRM to track candidates and leads.
- Support the account development team with outreach efforts, including helping to contact new facilities, coordinate meetings with facility contacts, and assist with follow-up communications.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with facility contacts in support of the account development team's goals.
- Help support account development goals by assisting in the process of getting new agreements signed with facilities that have active roles.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree required.
- Healthcare or nursing recruitment experience preferred; customer service experience required.
- Strong communication, writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in technology, with CRM (SalesForce) experience a plus.
- Driven, career-focused, and eager to grow.

- Pay: $19.56 - $21.56 per hour

Work Schedule:
- Hybrid position: Remote on Mondays and Fridays, and on-site in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
