Healing Hearts Therapeutic Services is seeking a fully licensed clinician who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families thrive.
We are a growing group practice with a strong focus on play therapy, trauma-informed care, military-connected families, and nature-based therapeutic experiences. Clinicians who enjoy creativity, flexibility, and working with children are especially encouraged to apply.

Ideal Candidate
- Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Interest in or experience with play therapy preferred
- Interest in nature-based therapy and creative interventions a plus
- Comfortable maintaining a caseload of 25–30 clients per week
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Compensation
- 65%–70% split based on experience and qualifications
- Designed for clinicians maintaining approximately 25–30 sessions per week
