Duties
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling maintenance tasks and tracking asset history.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
- Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance practices within manufacturing settings.
