About the Role
We are an exterior home services company (Top Hat Pro Wash) providing top-tier pressure washing, house washing, and exterior cleaning. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to generate new residential clients, knock targeted neighborhoods, and close on-the-spot quotes.
If you are hungry, comfortable on your feet, and know how to talk to homeowners, this is a high-earning opportunity with zero cap on your income.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct Outreach: Knock 60–100 residential doors daily in targeted high-density neighborhoods.
- Property Inspections: Perform quick exterior walk-arounds to identify visible dirt, algae, or grime on roofs, driveways, siding, and gutters.
- Pitch & Close: Deliver clear, confident sales pitches to homeowners and close deals on the spot using standard package pricing.
- Lead Generation & Upselling: Collect homeowner contact info for follow-ups and offer add-on services (e.g., driveway seals, gutter cleaning, window washing).
- Communication: Coordinate daily route schedules and closed jobs directly with the business owner to schedule service execution.

- Clean & Professional Appearance: Ability to represent the brand well on a homeowner's front porch.
- Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and persuasive spoken English.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to reach designated daily sales territories/neighborhoods.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking neighborhoods for 4–6 hours a day in warm weather.
