**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's guest rooms and common areas. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures. • Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies as needed. • Ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy. • Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors. • Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells. • Operate industrial cleaning equipment as needed. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping storage area. • Follow housekeeping management procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are met. • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to any guest complaints or requests. **Skills:** • Experience in custodial or housekeeping roles. • Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques. • Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices. • Experience with housekeeping management software or systems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Knowledge of hotel operations and policies. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Certification in cleaning and housekeeping procedures is preferred.
