Job Summary
Infuderm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse with strong hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal fillers.
The ideal candidate must be a confident and experienced aesthetic injector who can independently perform consultations and injectable treatments with minimal day-to-day supervision while following all applicable New Jersey laws, clinical protocols, medical oversight requirements, and Infuderm policies.
This position is intended for an experienced injector and is not suitable for candidates who require basic Botox or filler training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and patient assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, facial anatomy, medical history, and clinical suitability.
- Independently administer Botox and other neuromodulator treatments.
- Perform dermal filler procedures, including lip enhancement, facial balancing, cheek enhancement, jawline contouring, and volume restoration.
- Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, benefits, risks, alternatives, and aftercare.
- Identify contraindications and determine whether patients are appropriate candidates for treatment.
- Recognize and appropriately manage complications and adverse reactions.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection-control, medication-storage, emergency-response, and patient-safety procedures.
- Provide excellent patient service and build long-term patient relationships.
- Maintain compliance with applicable New Jersey scope-of-practice and medical oversight requirements.
- Collaborate with the medical director or collaborating physician when required.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Current New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least two years of hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal fillers preferred.
- Ability to perform aesthetic injectable treatments confidently without basic training or continuous hands-on supervision.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, product selection, dosing, complication prevention, and emergency management.
- Experience conducting independent aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans.
- Excellent communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer-service skills.
- Professional liability insurance or eligibility for coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced training or certification in aesthetic injectables.
- Experience with multiple neuromodulator and dermal filler products.
- Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, or aesthetic medical clinic.
- Experience with lip augmentation, facial balancing, cheek enhancement, jawline contouring, and correction of facial volume loss.
- An established patient following is a plus.
