Position: Full-Time Housekeeper
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (or later as needed)
Job Summary
Island Vista Resort is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeepers to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience at our oceanfront resort. Candidates must be dependable, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Restock guest supplies and amenities
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow all resort cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist team members when needed to ensure rooms are ready for guests
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
