Overview
Claros Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable, professional, and passionate Private Chef to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a chef who enjoys creating healthy, restaurant-quality meals while building meaningful relationships with clients.
Our chefs prepare weekly in-home meal prep for busy professionals, families, and athletes. Every client receives a customized menu tailored to their dietary preferences and goals.
Because our chefs work inside clients’ homes, professionalism, honesty, discretion, and reliability are absolutely essential.
This is a part-time opportunity with room for growth as our company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Pick up pre-ordered groceries using grocery pickup services.
- Transport groceries safely to clients’ homes.
- Prepare healthy, restaurant-quality meals according to company recipes and client preferences.
- Portion, label, and package meals for the week.
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized kitchen.
- Properly sanitize all work surfaces and equipment before leaving.
- Wash dishes and leave the kitchen in excellent condition.
- Communicate professionally with clients.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory of groceries and ingredients.
- Report any concerns or client feedback to management.
- Represent Claros Hospitality Group with professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience preferred (restaurant, catering, meal prep, private chef, or hospitality)
- Strong knife skills and cooking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent time management
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Comfortable using smartphones for schedules and communication
Background Check Requirement (Required)
Because this position requires entering clients’ private homes, trust is our highest priority.
Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check before employment.
Candidates should also be comfortable working in clients’ homes while respecting their privacy, property, and household routines.

Compensation
