Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, and seamless execution of food and drink orders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy hospitality environment that values passion, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Upsell menu items including premium Wagyu, cocktails, wine, and spirits to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process sales using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software
- Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or Asian cuisine preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs
- Culinary experience or food industry background is highly desirable
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques
- Food safety certification and sanitation knowledge to ensure compliance with health standards
- Effective communication skills with team members and guests alike
