Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join Bud's Plumbing (Since 1962). The ideal candidate will be responsible for all of the dispatching needs for our plumbing business. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring all plumbing technicians are scheduled and deployed efficiently in the field.
- Utilize Service Titan software to manage the dispatching process
- Communicate effectively with plumbers, clients, and vendors to coordinate all logistical aspects of our services.
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications.
Skills
- Proficiency in Service Titan software
- General knowledge of the plumbing business
- Familiarity with route planning and weather tracking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively for communication with drivers and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Experience in dispatching for a plumbing company is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.31 - $35.30 per hour
