We are seeking an experienced and proactive QHSE Manager to lead our safety and compliance programs. In this role, you will champion a zero-incident safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all field and facility activities strictly adhere to OSHA and EPA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and audit QHSE programs and policies.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventative actions.
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits and behavior-based safety (BBS) observations.
- Manage regulatory reporting and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal environmental laws.
- Maintain HSE and QMS documentation
- Deliver safety orientations and employee training
- Schedule and maintain third party safety courses
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: MINIMUM 3 to 5 years of progressive QHSE experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 500, or CSP highly preferred. NEBOSH or IOSH certifications are a plus.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong leadership, incident command capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
