Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders and Bar Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure every guest enjoys a lively and memorable dining experience. Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Develop beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Restock bar supplies regularly and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or bar server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits.
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math for inventory management.
- Previous experience in fine dining, banquet service, catering, or retail environments is a plus.
