- Flexibility working with diverse age groups and needs
Position Details:
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to create and implement speech/language therapy plans
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings
- Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions for students with identified needs
- Develop, update, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
