New Beginnings #1 is looking to hire compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team at our two Level 4i ARF's. We provide care for residents with developmental disabilities and are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others!
Position Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- At least 18 years old
- DSP 1 & 2 certification is recommended, otherwise expected to obtain DSP 1 within the first year
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a human delivery service system

Job Description:
As a Direct Support Professional at our Level 4i ARF, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care and support to residents with developmental disabilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Supporting residents in participating in community outings and recreational activities
- Implementing individualized care plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents

Pay: $16.90 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
