Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Livestream Project Manager with a major focus on TikTok to lead and coordinate innovative live streaming initiatives. Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of TikTok livestream projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, marketing teams, technical staff, and external partners to coordinate livestream schedules, content flow, and technical requirements
- Manage project timelines using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and TFS to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee technical setup including IT infrastructure, cloud computing resources, and enterprise solutions to support high-quality livestream production
- Develop comprehensive test cases and user acceptance testing procedures to validate livestream functionality before going live
- Monitor project risks, troubleshoot technical issues related to software implementation or platform integration, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and presentations using Visio and SharePoint to ensure transparency and alignment
Skills
- Extensive experience managing livestream projects on TikTok with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies
- Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and SAFe frameworks; skilled in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software systems like SQL databases (SQL Server), Oracle databases, TFS, VersionOne, Jira, and SharePoint for project tracking and documentation
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS), disaster recovery planning, IT governance, and enterprise solutions implementation
- Strong leadership skills with proven supervisory experience in technical project & program management roles; capable of guiding cross-functional teams through complex projects
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement; adept at requirements gathering, negotiation, risk management, and team leadership
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from databases or test results; skilled in analysis techniques for process improvement or issue resolution
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Test-driven development (TDD), release management processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and software implementation best practices
