Associate HRIS Analyst

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + annual performance-based bonus

Summary:
The Workday Support Specialist/Associate HRIS Analyst reports to the Director, HRIS and is responsible for Tier II production support, HR technology administration, testing, reporting, and foundational Workday configuration activities. This role partners closely with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance business processes, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement of the Workday platform.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT or related field or equivalent years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated cases and requests sent via Help and the Request business processes

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Workday business processes, routing rules, notifications, and inbox tasks

Monitor and support Workday transactions, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)

Document findings, solutions, and recurring issues to improve support efficiency and user experience

Create and maintain foundational organization structures and assist with core HCM configuration activities under the guidance of Senior HRIS team members. on Workday

Support the creation and maintenance of business process notifications, tasks, and document distribution processes

Perform core HCM data loads using (EIB) and validate outcomes for accuracy

Assist with core HCM builds such as Distribute Documents or Tasks and notifications

Create and maintain knowledge articles, job aids and standard operating procedures

Recommend opportunities to improve workflows, user experience, and support processes

Participate in HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Support reporting requests through Workday delivered and custom reports

Analyze data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to identify root causes

Participate in audits and data validation activities to ensure system accuracy and compliance

Assist with producing recurring operational and compliance reports

Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for Workday releases, enhancements and projects. Operational Support

Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly system tasks (year-end tasks, audits, alert action steps, etc.)

Participate in HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Basic Requirements:

2 to 3 years experience in HRIS Level 2 support utilizing cases with service level agreements (SLAs)

1 to 3 years hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM

Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to work across time zones

Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable with evolving scope and adapting to additional HRIS skillsets

Experience configuring multiple Workday products preferred but not required
