We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new restaurant location and are looking for friendly and dedicated crew members to join our team! This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a lively environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a growing team. No prior experience is necessary—we’re happy to train the right candidates! All positions are paid, and this is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food service, retail sales, and hospitality.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash handling.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling products to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones following food safety protocols.
- Assist with food handling tasks like bussing tables, stocking supplies, and managing food safety standards.
- Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple responsibilities efficiently with good time management.
- Engage with guests in a positive manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Commitment to food safety practices including sanitation, proper food handling, and restaurant safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
