Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Massachusetts Hoisting 2A license . The Loader Operator will play a vital role in supporting daily operations at our Precast facility. We currently run 2024 and 2025 Caterpillar 938 M machines.
Duties
- Safely operate front end loader to load precast structures
- Maintain the yard
- Clear out the building as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Coordinate with office staff to prioritize tasks and ensure timely project progression
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and material movement
Qualifications
- Massachusetts 2A Hoisting license
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with precast a plus
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and regulations
- Construction site experience is highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Knowledge of Caterpillar machinery or similar brands is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
