Real Estate Receptionist
Established in 1994, Utopia Management has been serving communities throughout the west with unparalleled skill and diligence. We are looking for a highly motivated person to work in our maintenance department on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical work.
Responsibilities -
- Process work orders from tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Maintain internal communication between property managers, technicians, vendors, owners and tenants.
- Documenting and managing maintenance work per needs of individual requests
- Help process incoming emails and voicemails
- Fact-checking data
- Advise property tenants in trying to create and complete maintenance issues reported
- Talk to Owners for approvals for work
Requirements -
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, stress and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role
- You should also be able to deal with emergencies, irate callers, and general inquiries in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
