Brief Position Requirements for Line Cook/Prep Cook
Ability to follow and execute written recipes while in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
Great working attitude with a learning mindset.
Ownership of prep responsibilities and workspace mindfulness.
Mise en Place, aka everything in its place. Ability to learn kitchen layout and stick to our formats.
High level of cleanliness and responsibility for station.
Ability to follow Chef and Sous Chef specifications in regards to food preparation and dish execution.
Dependable.
Leadership, setting a good example and having ownership of your responsibilities.
Attention to detail and extreme sense of urgency.
Current or recent Culinary school attendees encouraged to apply.
