Clean My Restaurant is a premium facility-care company serving high-end restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, and food-service operators across major U.S. markets.
We specialize in delivering opening-ready, inspection-level clean environments while building long-term relationships with hospitality operators who demand excellence.
As we continue expanding throughout South Florida, we are seeking an Operations & Sales Manager to lead market growth, strengthen client relationships, and oversee operational performance across the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid leadership role combining operations management and business development.
You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service quality across existing accounts while actively growing revenue through new client acquisition, relationship building, and local market development.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable meeting with restaurant owners, hotel operators, and hospitality executives as they are managing crews, conducting inspections, and solving operational challenges.
This is not a desk job. You will spend time in the field, with clients, and at account locations throughout South Florida.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant and hospitality accounts
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage cleaning crews
- Conduct quality inspections and site audits
- Ensure all locations consistently meet CMR standards
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational logistics
- Monitor account performance and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction
Sales & Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, hotel managers, and hospitality decision-makers
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and local outreach
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and present service solutions
- Prepare proposals and assist with closing new accounts
- Identify opportunities for upselling existing clients
- Represent Clean My Restaurant professionally in the marketplace
- Support company growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations management, account management, sales, or business development
- Hospitality, janitorial, facilities management, restaurant, hotel, or service-industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close business opportunities
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
