Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
-
Arrive to work on time and follow all Chick-fil-A rules and dress codes.
-
Prepare, cook, and assemble food efficiently, accurately and safely, following all Chick-fil-A standards.

Learn assignments for all kitchen stations, including breading, fries, prep, assembling, dishes, etc.

Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
-
Follow food safety rules and use kitchen equipment safely.

Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned – and other duties as assigned.

Learn and stay up to date on menu items, procedures, and training.

Report equipment or maintenance issues to Leadership.

Follow Leadership direction, and be a team player!

Qualifications & Requirements:
