Job Title: POS Trainer / Installer (Hospitality Focus)
Pay: $55,000 – $58,000 per year

Job Summary
Systems Technology Group (STG) is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a POS Trainer/Installer. This is an ideal opportunity for a restaurant manager or hospitality leader looking to transition out of late nights and weekends while staying connected to the industry.
In this role, you will leverage your real-world restaurant experience to install and train clients on the SpotOn POS system—helping restaurant owners and staff improve efficiency, streamline operations, and increase profitability. STG provides comprehensive training and certifications to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure POS systems at customer locations
- Train restaurant owners, managers, and staff on system functionality and best practices
- Translate hospitality knowledge into practical, easy-to-understand training
- Ensure smooth onboarding and successful system adoption for clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or operational issues during installations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project timelines and customer needs
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Travel to customer sites as required
Qualifications
- Strong background in the restaurant or hospitality industry (management experience preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable teaching and working directly with customers
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
