Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, safety conscious person for Line services of our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility located at Schaumburg Regional Airport.
This role combines ramp safety, airport security, driving fuel trucks, fueling aircraft, aircraft movement using a Lektro tug and tow bars, marshalling in aircraft, plus various other duties and customer service excellence to ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced (at times) environment, demonstrating strong work ethic exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must have valid drivers license. Previous aviation preferred, but not required. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff alike.
Duties
- Oversees daily ramp services
- Detailing our Flight school fleet
- Servicing our GSE (ground service equipment)
- Maintain a neat work area
- Base tenant's requests
- Help our aircraft maintenance team
- Greet customers on the ramp
