As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated Sales/Merchandising Route Jumper to cover all of NH. This role is pivotal in helping drive sales, expanding our customer base, and promoting our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Passionately and authentically represent our brands, products and company culture.
- Drive around the state in a company vehicle, servicing chain stores and selling to independent accounts.
- Cover sales routes around the state as needed.
- Sell products all over the state both independently and as a team.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Present and promote our products effectively to maximize sales.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Stock shelves and coolers with product and manage backroom storage areas
- Review code dates when stocking beer and rotate product as required.
- Enhance the appearance of all Vacationland products by pulling merchandise forward on shelves and facing labels to the front
- Rotate inventory on a FIFO basis at all accounts.
- Monitor inventory at select stores and put orders in for delivery.
- Become a trusted member of our Vacationland team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the craft beer, beverage, hospitality, or alcohol industry. 2yrs preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Able to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiar with the state of New Hampshire.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
- Ability to lift cases of beer and move kegs.
- Available for work Monday through Friday 9-5.
