American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position with night shifts in Kansas, requiring current fetal monitoring certification and NRP.

Work within a hospital delivery room setting

Labor & Delivery unit caring for women in active labor and delivery
-
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-
13-week contract assignment
-
Patient population includes laboring mothers and newborns

Active KS or compact RN license
-
Minimum of 1 year recent L&D nursing experience

Current AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring or NCC-EFM certification required

Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition required

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or ARC required
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past year

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted)

Must provide US Social Security Number and Date of Birth for consideration

At least one professional reference required

Responsible for comprehensive care of laboring patients, including fetal monitoring and neonatal stabilization
