Title Insurance - Processor
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Title Insurance Processor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, great customer service, and understand the urgency of responding to emails and requests in a timely manner.
**Min 1-2 years title and/or real estate transactional experience with direct customer contact.**
Duties
- Review and process title insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule closings, prepare closing packages, and make arrangements for outside closers to attend off-site closings.
- Communicate via email and/or phone with all parties related to the transaction to facilitate smooth transaction flow.
Skills
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with various persons involved in real estate transactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing documents.
- Ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing.
- Familiar with software a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
The base salary range for this position is $40,000 to $60,000. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, years of relevant experience, certifications or other professional licenses held, and job-related knowledge and skills.
