Who this is for:
Someone with a genuine interest in coffee / matcha and curiosity about how nuances in the preparation of the drink could lead to such vast differences depending on the barista preparing it. You don't need to be an expert, but you should care. This is a self-directed position, well suited to someone who takes initiative, works well without micromanagement, and pays attention to detail.
The best parts of this role:
Interacting with wonderful customers who look forward to this part of their day. Educating, preparing and serving coffee and tea that is actually high-quality and delicious (something you could stand behind). Working in a warm, considered space. The latest shift ends at 4:30pm so you’ll always have your nights because work-life balance is important. We believe people should always have time in the day to spend on themselves and with their loved ones.
